Matt Scott - Buxteds stand out centreback is typified by his fearless no nonsense brand of football, watching Matt play should be rated 18. Completely committed to winning matches Matt regularly throws his body on the line, and is probably treated for more head injuries than the rest of Mid Sussex football combined.  This is Buxteds Terry Butcher.

Key strengths are aerial ability which is doubly impressive given he is not the tallest centreback on the block, and his timing of vital last ditch tackles.  Despite the physicality of his playing style Matt is also as fair as they come, only being booked twice in five years. 

At just 22 Matt is already a lynch pin in the Buxted 1st team, and will undoubtably develop into a player of outstanding quality....remember the name...Matt Scott.
